Numbuh 30c and Numbuh 86 from cartoon Codename: Kids next door. Dispite the minor obstacle that they never actually met on the show I think they are perfect for eachother. LOL Well they are both islanders. (ah think) and aside 30c being tall, dark and ...hem... willing to do anything for a snowcone, those two have a one MAJOR thing in common: They are both a huge pain in the neck for those whom they meet.
